Products replacement or maintenance terms

 

Replacement


The products purchased within 90 days since the date of manufacture performed not very well could be directly replaced with a new one or same function model after tested by our engineer. The situation of Non-artificial damage and natural disasters are out of guarantee. The original device will leave to us. 


Maintenance

The products purchased within 360 days since the date of manufacture performed not very well could be maintained. The situation of Non-artificial damage and natural disasters are out of guarantee.


In the following cases, the products can not be replaced or repaired for free


Damage caused by improper install, use, maintain not according to our instruction. 

The product is damaged by human behavior, such as inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, water penetrate, mechanical disruption, be dropped and break, severe rust and so on.

Damage caused by natural disasters including not limited to earth, fire hazard, flood, lightning stroke.
You change the set up file by yourself or open the product to repair it without Fengrunda permission. 
The free replacement and maintenance period is expired. 
The damage caused by the shipping and handling during return for repair. 
The product is not compatible with the model or bar code in the warranty card. 
Other damage not caused by the product’s own design, technique, quality. 

 

Operation steps


1. Customer to send the pictures or videos

2. FAE technology support to check the problem

3. Customer service director verify

4. For products under warranty, we will send replacement for faulty devices, shipping freight back and forth are at customer side

5. For faulty products out of warranty, 20% discount based on the new price will be offered

6. For components out of warranty, we will send spare parts or adaptors for repair, the components cost and shipping freight will be at customer side
